We built The Chalk Circle to protect youth athletes. Your data is secured, your interactions are monitored, and parental oversight is mandatory. We never sell athlete data, and we strictly enforce U.S. Center for SafeSport and COPPA requirements.
No minor under the age of 18 can create an independent account. Every athlete profile requires verified parental consent and co-ownership. Parents have the absolute right to review, restrict, or delete their child's personal information at any time.
Our platform architecture proactively prevents Cyber Abuse, Harassment, and Bullying Behaviors. Free-form commenting is disabled, and direct 1:1 messaging with adults is restricted.
Athlete profiles, videos, and scores are not indexed on public search engines like Google. Only NCAA coaches with verified .edu email domains and approved Gym Directors can access your athletic portfolio.
Your training videos, scores, and recruitment data belong to you. You can export your digital resume or completely wipe your account from our servers with a single click.
To facilitate college recruiting and gym management, we collect verified USA Gymnastics ID numbers, training videos, competition scores, graduation years, and academic standing (GPA/NCAA Eligibility numbers). We also collect parent/guardian contact information for account verification.
We utilize role-based access control. Unverified adults, standard fans, and unauthenticated users cannot view minor athlete profiles or initiate contact. All communications within the platform enforce transparency, meaning parents are automatically included in communication threads.
In accordance with the 2026 SafeSport Code, The Chalk Circle and its adult administrative users adhere to strict mandatory reporting obligations regarding any suspicion of abuse or misconduct.
